Since partnering with TOTM in June 2024, we’ve been working together to drive meaningful change across the spaces we support – creating more inclusive, sustainable, and empowering environments for everyone who uses them.

From introducing free, organic period care products across our client sites to challenging outdated stigmas around menstrual health, this partnership has helped us take tangible action on issues that matter. And while we’ve made real progress, we know this is only the beginning.

We’ve also marked key moments like International Women’s Day and Endometriosis Awareness Month, using them to open conversations and drive awareness across the buildings we support. As we reflect on this journey so far, we’re excited to share what we’ve achieved – and where we’re heading next.

A Partnership Built on Shared Values

Our partnership with TOTM is rooted in shared values. As a B Corp-certified business, TOTM is committed to ethical, sustainable period care – offering organic, plastic-free products and actively working to reduce plastic pollution through their partnership with Plastic Bank.

Their mission to promote period dignity and challenge stigma aligns perfectly with our own purpose: to create better places for everyone, every day.

Taking Action on Period Dignity and Planet Impact

Menstrual health remains surrounded by stigma – and in many workplaces, it’s still not treated as a core wellbeing issue. At the same time, traditional period products contribute over 200,000 tonnes of waste in the UK each year.

Our collaboration with TOTM directly addresses these challenges. By providing free, sustainable period products at a growing number of client sites, we’re tackling environmental impact, promoting dignity, and making period care an essential provision – not an afterthought.

Changing the Conversation, Not Just the Products

Providing access to period care is just one part of the journey. To truly shift mindsets, we’ve delivered over 20 pop-ups and webinars across client sites – engaging occupiers and colleagues in open conversations around menstrual health, period stigma, sustainable period care, and endometriosis.

These sessions have helped normalise menstrual health in the workplace, empower individuals through education, and build greater understanding around inclusive wellbeing.

Embedding Inclusivity Into Everyday Spaces

This partnership is helping us reframe how period care is seen: not as a luxury or a private matter, but as a core part of how workplaces and public spaces support people’s wellbeing.

“Working alongside the Regular Cleaning team has been an absolute pleasure. Their dedication to bringing the TOTM Workplace Scheme to the forefront of the agenda across so many London sites has been truly impressive. From the initial client introduction through to mobilisation and education, their commitment has been exceptional.” — Hannah Cole, National Account Manager

We’re proud to be setting a new benchmark – one that shows period dignity, sustainability, and inclusive design go hand in hand.

Turning Values Into Visible Impact

In just six months, this partnership has already delivered measurable outcomes that reflect our shared commitment to people and planet:

  • £267.60 donated to Endometriosis UK, supporting vital awareness and advocacy
  • 222 boxes of period pads donated to InKind Direct, helping community causes across the UK
  • 67.14kg of ocean-bound plastic recovered through TOTM’s partnership with Plastic Bank
Looking Ahead: Growing Our Impact

The journey doesn’t stop here. In the months ahead, we’ll continue to:

  • Expand the availability of TOTM products across more client locations
  • Deliver more events to educate and raise awareness
  • Explore new ways to embed sustainable period care into the everyday experience of buildings and workplaces

This is just one example of how we’re working to create better places for everyone, every day – through partnerships that make a lasting difference.
