Introducing Our Client Portal
Our Client Portal operates and reports in ‘real-time’ and includes the following capabilities:
- Access to information on an agreed property or portfolio level
- Access to the Help Desk to log Service Requests, review progress and actions
- Access to Contractual Information, Specifications, Quality Audits, Compliance Certification, Risk Assessments and Method Statements and Schedules for Planned Works
- Training Records
- Financial information, including outstanding invoices
Additional reporting is also accessible, including but not limited to:
- KPI report
- Time and Attendance report
