JLL Customer Training

Our Quality Audit and Training Manager Jimena held a JLL Customer Service Training Session for our Cleaning Operatives and the security company G4S at Bentalls, Kingston Shopping Center.

Jimena has received lots of good feedback from attendees saying that it was ‘really good, simple and straight forward, very informative and useful, excellent and educative’.
We have also asked attendees to think of what they would implement in their role after the session and they said that they would ‘continue going above & beyond in my role, listen carefully when customer is asking, be clear, try to control my body language, be friendly, deliver a better customer service’.
