Landsec Aspire Football Tournament: The Regular Raiders
12 June 2025
We were proud to take part in the Landsec Aspire Football Tournament — a fantastic initiative that united colleagues and partners through spirited, friendly competition.
Over three consecutive Fridays, matches took place at Coram’s Fields, with a focus on teamwork, wellbeing, and connection. To wrap up the tournament, the final match was held 11-a-side at Charlton Athletic Football Club on Wednesday 4th June — a fantastic way to end a month of shared effort and community spirit.
Supporting the Aspire Community — On and Off the Pitch

Since our partnership with Landsec began in April 2024, we’ve made it a priority to build strong relationships and engage with the Aspire community. This tournament gave us the perfect opportunity to do just that.
By taking part, we connected with other partners and supported a programme that reflects many of our values — like inclusion, teamwork, and community.
The teams involved were:
- Aspire All-Stars
- Landsec Legends FC
- The Clean Sweepers (Principle Cleaning)
- Rangers (Bidvest Noonan)
- BGIS
- And, of course, our very own Regular Raiders

The Regular Raiders in Action
Our team — the Regular Raiders — brought energy and commitment to every match. Each game gave us the chance to build connections and enjoy being part of something bigger.
Here’s how we got on:
Match 1: 3–0 win vs Landsec Legends FC
Match 2: 3–0 win vs Bidvest Noonan Rangers
The Final: 6-3 loss vs The Clean Sweepers
Reaching the final was a brilliant team effort – huge congratulations to Principle on the win!
The real success came from taking part in a welcoming, inclusive event that brought people together across the Landsec Aspire community.
A Shared Success

Events like this remind us how valuable teamwork is — both on and off the pitch. As a result, we left the tournament feeling proud and even more connected to the Aspire network.
We’d like to thank the Aspire team at Landsec for organising such a positive and well-run experience. In addition to the great football, it was a privilege to come together with fellow partners in a different way.
To everyone who made it happen — whether you played, supported, or cheered from the side — thank you. Your energy and enthusiasm made it one to remember.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to continue growing our relationship with Landsec and to support future Aspire events.
