Our First Family Fun Day!

Celebrating Our People at The First Regular Cleaning Family Fun Day

Earlier this month, we were delighted to welcome more than 450 colleagues and their families to our very first Regular Cleaning Family Fun Day!

Held at Battersea Park, the event was a fantastic opportunity to bring our people together and celebrate the incredible contribution they make every day. It was also a chance to spend quality time with colleagues from across the business in a relaxed setting and strengthen the connections that make us one unified team.

We are immensely proud of what our colleagues achieve every day, and it was really rewarding to see them enjoying the sunshine, building new friendships and introducing each other to the family members who support them behind the scenes. It was a real reminder that Regular Cleaning is more than a workplace; it’s a community built on relationships, shared experiences and a commitment to putting people first.

With the sunshine adding to the atmosphere, the day was filled with laughter and fun activities for all ages. From face painting, carnival games and food stalls, to croquet and a magician who kept children entertained throughout the day, there was something for everyone. But above all, the day was a reminder that Regular Cleaning is more than a workplace; it’s a community built on strong relationships, shared experiences and a genuine care for one another.

What the Day Meant to Our Colleagues

We got some great comments from the day, with Diana Garces, Supervisor at Regular Cleaning sharing:

“My family and I are very happy and grateful to the company for this wonderful party. They make us feel very important, and I appreciate that very much.”

Feedback like this means a lot to us. Our priority is to ensure every colleague feels valued and supported, so hearing experiences like Diana’s reinforces why investing in our people remains such an important part of who we are, and why we’re still a family-run business at heart.

Chris Goad, Regular Cleaning CEO, added:

Our Family Fun Day was all about bringing people together and celebrating the incredible colleagues who make our business special. Seeing colleagues and their families enjoying themselves, making memories and building friendships was wonderful to see.”

Supporting St Mungo’s

The day also gave us the opportunity to come together and support a local cause. All proceeds from our Hook-a-Duck stall were donated to St Mungo’s, a charity we proudly partner with to support people across London experiencing homelessness. It was a great example of how, even while celebrating, we can continue making a positive impact in our communities together.

The generosity of colleagues and their families reflect the caring, community-focused values that run throughout our business. So, a huge thank you to everyone who tried their luck at Hook-a-Duck and helped raise funds for such a vital cause.

Thank you!

The turnout and positive feedback showed just how much opportunities like this are valued and enjoyed by our colleagues and their families.

So, to everyone who joined us, thank you for helping make our first Family Fun Day such a memorable occasion. Your enthusiasm, energy and support helped create a fantastic atmosphere and made the event what it was. Here’s to many more opportunities to come together, celebrate our colleagues and create lasting memories as the Regular Cleaning family.
